Bootcamp
This heart raising, interval training workout helps you to lose weight and build muscle.
Everything goes in this session, prepare to be worked hard using a variety of techniques and equipment or in some instances no equipment. Exercise modifications will be supplied for those carrying an injury or a weakness in the body.
You are certain to get that sense of achievement on completion of this workout.

Fit Box
Whether you are a total beginner wanting to know the techniques used by professionals or are already a Mike Tyson this is the class for you!!
You will be split into abilities and taught the correct techniques to throw specific punches working upto the ability to throw combinations in a safe and effective environment. Classes are kept fresh and challenging with hundreds of available combinations - all concluded with a boxing circuit.

Full Body Blast
Make sure you bring bags of energy for this one, you are sure to feel the burn while you lift, curl and lunge in a variety of exercises, leaving you strong and able to take on the world.
