Profile
From a young age I’ve had a passion for initially sport, and then as I became older, exercise. I'm interested in how the body could be adapted through the correct usage of exercise to enhance its capabilities.
I started my working career as a gym instructor, before taking a job closer to home as an operations manager within a busy office managing over 500 staff.
It was always my intention to get back into the leisure industry and after a long, perhaps over long, stay as an operations manager I decided to become a Personal Trainer.
I used to think that Personal Training was for the rich and famous, how wrong I could be?
